I am here to have fun, make friends and share my love of indoor cycling.

With all the gyms closed durning the pandemic, we have all had to find new ways to keep fit. In my case, I purchased a new Spin bike and started using services like Les Mills Sprint, and Peleton. Although they were all fun, I quickly lost interest. I felt like I could perhaps do better. Or at least for myself. I canceled the subscriptions and then started coaching myself out loud as if I was teaching a class. I came up with HIT routines, including brief sprints, intense climbs; mixed with fun inspirational jamz that you can’t help but dance to.

So that’s why I created this page. To share my inspirations and love with the world and hopefully inspire myself and others to become healthier both mentally and physically.
