Hi! I’m a former director at an inpatient mental health facility, went into finance, am currently the VP for a construction company, and am starting a couple of other small businesses. I’m a single mom, hoping to find “the one” someday. I’ve started making some changes to my eating habits in 2021 and am getting more into fitness. I love audible and taking great tips from other strong peeps! I want to share my journey in each of these areas… some ups, some downs… but MOSTLY: how to stay positive during the downs!
